About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the UV Studios website, operated by UV Studios, Sydney, NSW, Australia. By using the website you agree to them. A product may have additional terms, shown before you download, buy or register; where they differ, the product terms apply to that product.
Using the website
You may browse the website and use the contact form for genuine enquiries. Please keep your messages accurate and respectful. Do not disrupt the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or send material you have no right to share. Our acceptable use policy also applies.
Product information
The website describes our products and plans. Previews, mockups and “coming soon” notices are not a promise of a release date, feature or platform. Availability is confirmed only when an official store or download link is published on the product page.
Ownership
The UV Studios name, logo, website content and software belong to UV Studios or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission, except as the law permits. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
Your messages
You are responsible for what you send us and for having the right to send it. We may use your feedback to improve our products without any obligation to you.
AI features
Some products include AI features. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable, so review it before you rely on it. How a product handles what you enter is explained in that product’s own notice.
Purchases
The website does not sell anything directly. Purchases made through an app store or another platform are also subject to that platform’s terms, including its payment and refund rules. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Links to other services
The website links to app stores, social networks and other services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or right that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. This does not remove any protection that the consumer laws of your own country give you.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will revise the effective date when we do. If you have questions, contact us through the contact form.
